In addition to ancestor spirits, Kuy have confidence in other nature spirits which include that from the watch lizard (takuat) which they think to get image of fertility. The Kuy execute ceremonies to propitiate the takuat spirit and request fertility from mother nature. They might also take the tail on the lizard to use in divination ceremonies. P
